The definition of holistic is relating to the idea that things should be studied as a whole and not just as a sum of their parts. An example of holistic is health care that focuses on the health of the entire body and mind and not just parts of the body. This is why I really like this tea, it treats your entire body as a whole. I guess that’s why different people experience different results when they drink it. People that have joint pain experience considerable relief, others with acid reflux see those symptoms disappear. With weight loss being an issue with most people that start drinking the tea, they in turn benefit from the increased metabolism and detoxification properties resulting in body fat reduction contributing to weight loss. I like the idea of all the herbal ingredients blended together as a collective, allowing the entire body to benefit from a wide range of ailments. Traditional medicine and treatments only concentrate one one specific problem often causing another opposed to holistic treatments curing the body as a whole
